The Witcher wins Bafta TV Craft awards for makeup and special effects.
The Netflix show won awards for makeup and hair, as well as in the special, visual, and graphic effects categories.
At the BAFTA TV 2022 Awards, Netflix was highly acclaimed, receiving multiple nominations for several plays. Yet, The Witcher succeeded in two out of three well-deserved nominations.
The Witcher series is based on a series of novels by Andrzej Sapkowski. Henry Cavill played the lead role in the project.

Barry Gower and Sarah Gower were awarded makeup and hair. In addition, Dadi Einarsson, Gavin Round, Aleksandar Pejic, Oliver Cabbage, Stefano Pepin, and Jet Omoshebi won in the Special, Visual and Graphic Effects category.

One day, Ciri and Yennefer appear in the life of a lonely monster fighter. The first becomes his daughter, and the second becomes his lover. Unfortunately, Ciri is being hunted, and Geralt is ready to do anything to save the girl.
The show “Gardeners” was also awarded the BAFTA TV Craft Awards. The project with Olivia Colman and David Thewlis won awards for music, lighting, and set design. The black comedy is based on real events that took place in 1998 in Nottinghamshire. The heroes of Colman and Thewlis are, at first glance, an ordinary British couple. But in the garden near their house, they found two corpses.
