Just weeks after a Hawaiian couple sued The Flash star Ezra Miller, for a restraining order, that lawsuit was dropped without the right to resubmit.

Documents filed Monday in Hawaii’s Third District Court show the couple filed a motion to dismiss their previous claims. Recall that earlier, the plaintiffs claimed that Ezra Miller broke into their house, threatened, and even stole personal belongings and documents.

“The Court, having considered the files and records submitted and being otherwise fully informed of what happened, Decides that the application filed on March 29, 2022, is denied,” the statement said in this regard.

Thus, in Miller’s “assets,” there was only an accusation of hooliganism and harassment in one of the local bars, which were recorded in the police protocol.

In a separate case, a judge on Tuesday granted a request by Miller’s lawyer, Francis Alcain, to adjourn the hearing on the alleged traffic violation for Miller in Hello until April 26, as Miller and the prosecution are involved. Which Alcain describes as “pre-negotiation.” For agreement on two outstanding cases. Alcain did not disclose details of the possible deal. The hearing in the arrest case is also scheduled for April 26.

Shortly after Miller’s arrest, reports circulated that Warner Bros. held an emergency meeting to discuss future collaboration with the actor. This was true not only of DC’s upcoming film The Flash but also of the studio’s ongoing Fantastic Beasts franchise. Later, representatives of the studio stated that this was just a rumor.
