The judge denied spitting on the Detroit valet driver who supposedly took 40 minutes to return his Rolls Royce to him after he stopped at a bar and grill for dinner.

TMZ managed to get their hands on the security footage of the altercation, and it shows that there was an incident between them. Previously, the judge said he and the man did have words with each other, however, at no point did he spit on the man.

As it was previously reported, the Detroit Valet accused the judge of spitting on him not once but twice, and the second time some of the salivae landed on his shirt. The man and his lawyer claimed they would conduct a DNA test to prove it.

Judge Matthis, on the other hand, claimed the interaction was merely verbal, and he never spat on him. The security footage, which you can see on YouTube below, appears to show the judge lunging his head forward, however, it can’t be proven if he did spit or not from the video.

Reportedly, Mathis yells and points his finger at the man and he lunged at him repeatedly until another person pulled him away. While it’s nearly impossible to determine if he did, indeed, spit on him, it’s clear the incident between the two men was heated.

Thus far, Floods Bar and Grille, the restaurant where the incident took place, hasn’t spoken on the matter. The police department said to People Magazine on Wednesday that they had responded to calls that a man had been spit on at the 700th block of St. Antoine Street.

The police, at the time, refused to reveal the identities of the individuals involved. Previously, Judge Greg Mathis responded to the allegation that the man was merely gone for 15 minutes, stating that it was actually much closer to 40 minutes. Moreover, Mathis denied spitting on him.

The drama surrounding the infamous festival that never happened seems endless. In 2017, the event fell apart raising a slew of questions that have resulted in two documentaries and now various lawsuits.

Fyre Festival was sold as a luxury music experience that would be held on Pablo Escobar’s former island in the Bahamas. When festival-goers arrived on the island, they discovered no luxurious housing, no gourmet chefs or meals and no musical acts at all. Event organizer Billy McFarland is now serving time in prison for his involvement in the festival.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that a bankruptcy trustee has filed a lawsuit against Jenner, Ratajkowski, as well as musicians Migos, Pusha T, Blink-182, and Lil Yachty for accepting payment to promote the event. Those involved in the claim are looking to recover money that was paid to talent agencies, performers they represent and vendors.

One of the lawsuits is alleging Jenner was paid $250,000 to post about Frye Festival on Instagram. The reality TV star was also given an additional $25,000 per day for several days after her initial post.

There are no specifics on precisely what Jenner is being used for if it is to pay the money back or more. It is not as though going into promoting or agreeing to attend Fyre Festival she or others hird to promote the event knew it was going to become such a collocal disaster.

Jenner admitted in the past she did as much research as possible before accepting the job to promote the festival.

“I definitely do as much research as I can, but sometimes there isn’t much research you can do because it’s a starting brand and you kind of have to have faith in it and hope it will work out the way people say it will,’ she said in an interview with the New York Times.

Kendall Jenner and Emily Ratajkowski Among are only two of the high-profile celebrities being named in a lawsuit for their involvement in promoting the Fyre Festival. Reps for both ladies have not responded to the new lawsuits against them.

The children were taken away from them back in May and took the parents a long time and multiple court visits until they were allowed to take them back home.

While chatting with HollywoodLife, Jenelle dished: ‘We are doing great. Maryssa, David’s daughter, isn’t being homeschooled anymore and started public school again. She’s super happy. Jace is acing his Latin class like a pro. Kaiser’s having a hard time adjusting to the school environment but he’s trying to remain on his best behavior. And Ensley’s super sassy and hitting her terrible twos but amazing me every day with how smart she is.’

Earlier this month, Jenelle shared some of that great time she’s been having with her offspring.

She took to her platform to post pics the showed them holding some chickens from their North Carolina farm.

Furthermore, the mother also posted snaps from Jace’s birthday bash, which featured Maryssa and Jace, as well as Kaiser and Ensley having a good time and smiling brightly.
